1. meaning and task of the service contract

The Customer has applied for the conclusion of a custody agreement with Baader Bank AG ("Bank") and an asset management agreement with Scalable Capital GmbH ("Scalable Capital").

The service agreement concluded between the client and Schaffner & Partner supplements the services relating to the custody account and asset management with reporting and communication services.

2. scope of services

2.1 Access to information on the status and development of assets under management

Via password-protected access to the Schaffner & Partner website, the client and third parties authorized by the client have access to information on the status of the assets managed for the client, including key performance figures, as well as to the information that Scalable Capital owes the client as an asset manager within the framework of the legally prescribed reporting system (e.g. quarterly reports).

The same information is made available on request to persons via an app for the Android and ioS (Apple) operating systems who have been designated or will be designated in the future by the customer or the customer's legal representatives.

The custody account data can be accessed via the Schaffner & Partner website by means of single sign-on.

2.2 Notification service

To the extent requested by the customer or the customer's legal representatives at the time of the conclusion of the contract or subsequently, the customer and authorized third parties will be informed of important events via push notifications or e-mail.

2.3 E-mail customer service

The customer, the initiator and other third parties designated by the customer or their legal representatives will receive support by e-mail for all questions relating to the use of the Schaffner & Partner website or app.
